Our Story
Valentino’s has been part of Reedley since 1963—a place for family dinners, first dates, celebrations and plenty of pizza along the way. Today, we’re carrying that story forward with fresh energy, house-made pastas, hand-crafted pizzas, seasonal Central Valley ingredients and a renewed approach to gathering around the table. We’re proud of where Valentino’s has been, but even more excited about where it’s going.

Our Philosophy
We believe Italian food should feel generous, uncomplicated and meant to be shared. That means making things from scratch, sourcing close to home whenever we can, letting great ingredients do the talking and never taking ourselves too seriously. We honor the classics, embrace the seasons and leave a little room for the unexpected. Above all, Valentino’s is about gathering around the table—good food, good wine and no reason to rush.
